Shipping Info

Custom Declaration / Clearance:
Our default shipping method does not include any custom clearance service, and customers will be responsible for their own custom clearing process in their receiving country. customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these processes/duties/taxes/fees and we will have to report the actual value of your order.

If an order is returned to us based on the customer not clearing their home country customs/ or if a customer has refused to receive their parcel for whatever reason(s), we will have to charge an extra shipping fee to resend the products.

Delivery time may also be delayed if your local customs has kept the package on hold which we cannot bear responsibility for.

Custom Tax:
Please note that K Pop Beauty Shop cannot intervene in custom issues in other countries. If there is an import tax charged by customs at the customers destination country, it will be paid by recipient.

Packaging:
Your order will be boxed and packed in bubble wrap to ensure your product arrives as intact and perfect as possible.

Your package may also arrive in a bubble padded envelope vs. a box without notice according to product size and weight.

The maximum weight for a K-Packet is 2 kgs per parcel, therefore your order/ products may be packed in several parcels. (2 kgs + 1 kg = 2 parcels). We may choose to use EMS Korea as an alternative method as it may be more cost effective to you or if your Country of Residence only allows us to do so,

Processing:
Normally, an order is shipped out within 3~4 business days after payment is accepted (excluding weekends and/or from Korean and International holidays).

Shipping may be earlier/delayed according to the product stock status, manufacturing updates/ issues or any other unforeseen reasons which we will try our best to notify you immediately.

Please be patient with us as delays from 1~2 weeks during the busy holiday seasons can occur due to high volume and unforeseen interruptions (Korean holidays and International holidays- Christmas & New Year’s, etc).

If any item is out of stock or there are preorder items included in your order, all the items will be shipped once the out of stock item/ preorder becomes available. If you wish to have the first portion of in stock items shipped first, please note the shipping will be in calculated for the each separate packet, therefore incurring a separate additional shipping cost which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

A shipment notification will be sent to the customer’s email after purchase has been dispatched.

If any issue(s) related with the order such as changing the delivery address or to change/edit a quantity is required, the customer should immediately send an email to info@kpopbeautyshop.com or within 24 hours after placing the order.

*Please note – Once it has been shipped, it is not possible to change any of the placed order information /quantity.

Orders placed after 3 pm KST will need to add an extra day for post to process.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure to input apartment/ unit number in ‘Address’ line. Please also include a phone number(s) to reach you in order to avoid any delays to your order.

*Do not fill the apartment/ unit number in the ‘Additional Information’ section of the shipping address as this will not show on the label and may not be reflected upon delivery. This section is for additional information only- ie. delivery tips and for suggestive information.

Shipping Delays/ Issues:
Customers should frequently check their online tracking from time to time to not miss delivery of their package.

If no one is at delivery address to receive the package at the time of delivery, shipment may/can be returned back to the local postal service and/or returned to sender (K Pop Beauty Shop).

If shipment is returned to us due to absence of addressee, insufficient/wrong address, non-reclaim, etc., we are not liable to refund the initial shipping costs and handling charges for its return.

K Pop Beauty Shop claims no responsibility for loss of package(s) during delivery as it becomes the customers obligation to trace and track once dispatched. The order therefore will not be insured through K Pop Beauty Shop.

As mentioned, please be patient as delivery can be delayed during busy seasons like Christmas and New Years or due to local state of affairs (strikes) or may be weather permitting (heavy rain/snow) and/or unforeseen circumstances.

A request to investigate your K-Packet/EMS Korea shipping is available after 40 business days from shipped date. Customer should send an email to info@kpopbeautyshop.com for a request and we will do our best to expedite a solution for you.

K-Packet/EMS Korea tracking updates has been known to be slower for some countries such as Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Spain, etc. as these countries have their own postal rules that may not choose to submit to our method.

Shipping Method & Tracking:
K Pop Beauty Shop offers K Packet and EMS Korea to all its customers, which we have found to be most efficient and reliable shipping from Korea.

Shipping charges will based on destination country, total package weight, product size, etc.

The pickup schedule is Mon- Fri, excluding Public Holidays in Korea.

A shipment notification email including tracking number will be sent to customer’s email after the package is dispatched. with a tracking number(s) that may look similar to this: (LK*********KR, RE*********KR, LI*********KR).

Tracking information for your shipment may be delayed to be displayed online and should be available from the next business day or two of shipping. Please be patient as real time tracking updates may take longer than other express shipping service companies.

It can take up to 10 – 24 business days to deliver to some regions after being dispatched due to the customers local postal services in some countries.

Packages may be dropped to reception, a PO Box or postage lockers as delivery to direct recipient (customer) is not a mandatory requirement of K- Packet/ EMS Korea to receive a signature. Therefore, we request customers to please check reception/PO Boxes, postage lockers and to track their package online prior to contacting us if you cannot locate your order.

– Correct Shipping and Billing Address
– Correct Phone Number
– Please be aware of your local customs regulations
– Avoid leaving these products outside under extreme temperatures
– Reasonable time to pick up your order if not delivered to you in person

We are not responsible if:
– Packages are stolen, damaged during transportation by the carrier
– Packages are refused by local customs
– Packages are delayed due to further custom examinations
– Packages are delayed due to the holiday season
