Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. However, unless a special exception is granted*, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

My Order Arrived With Something Missing/Incorrect/Damaged
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect or with any damaged items, please email us right away at info@kpopbeautyshop.com. Kindly include photos of your packing slip and any damages for us to investigate and we will try our best to help you out quickly.

If approval for return/exchange is granted, we will email you with instructions to follow.

Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if in brand new condition, unopened and in its original packaging. This includes sheet masks and rubber masks. Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, Routine Kits are final sale and ineligible for return.

Do note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Before sending, the customer should attach the order number and the approved returns request provided via our email correspondence for the product(s), specifying which product(s) you are wishing to exchange.

We recommend the customer uses a delivery service that provides a tracking number.

If a product is returned without a returns request approval attached, then K Pop Beauty Shop will be unable to provide one, so please ensure to contact us at info@kpopbeautyshop.com prior to sending back as the return address on your original delivered package is not  our returns department and therefore we cannot guarantee receipt.
