My Order Arrived With Something Missing/Incorrect/Damaged
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect or with any damaged items, please email us right away at email@example.com.
Kindly include photos of your packing slip and any damages for us to investigate and we will try our best to help you out quickly.
*If approval for exchange/ return is granted, we will email you with instructions to follow.*
Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if it is unused and in its original packaging. This includes sheet masks, rubber masks, and bubble mesh masks. Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, Routine Kits are final sale and ineligible for return. Do note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
